The Business First program is designed to assist citizens in starting or expanding a business. It is our commitment to make Albany-Dougherty County the most attractive location for business. In an effort to support the retention and expansion efforts of Albany-Dougherty area businesses, Business First allows business development agencies to come face-to-face with prospective or active business owners to discuss opportunities for business growth.  This process links business needs to the appropriate community resources.  The Business First program assesses the current needs and future plans of local businesses with a single goal of providing superior customer service to Albany-Dougherty County businesses.  Thank you for being a part of our business community; with your help, we will continue to make Albany-Dougherty County work for you!
