Mayor's 2012 Call to Service kick-off press conference is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on May 24, 2012 in the Mayor's Office, 222 Pine Avenue, Suite 580, Albany, GA 31701.

There will be a community gathering, June 9, 2012 from 10 a.m. - 12 noon to talk about Albany's challenges and solutions, and begin to sign up community partners. Lunch will be provided.

Groups will be asked to take ownership of a defined geographic area to clean up and keep clean, to report issues requiring city action/assistance, and report criminal activity and community concerns.

RSVP is requested so that meeting set up and food service will be adequate
